This was written for Colleen’s Weekly Poetry Challenge. This week was a photo challenge. the photo at the top was provided by Lisa Thompson, a photo by Wolfgang Hasselmann found on Unsplash. This week I chose a haiku. I used the three different forms to say the same thing (6/7/6, 3/5/3 and 2/3/2).

    This is a delightfully timed read, having discovered just this morning some annoying–or was it, in light of this post, delightful?–mushrooms growing where family and I expected only sprouts of green. :)
